The Be group has taken a step forward in the internationalization process. It concluded agreements in Europe for over 35 million euros in the period 2013-2022 and – through the subsidiary Be Consulting – completed two different transactions: the acquisition of a leading platform in the Ukrainian market for supervisory reporting and the stipulation of an agreement for consultancy services on a non-domestic perimeter (United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, EEC).
The investment will be financed through a specific credit line. “The agreements signed – said Stefano Achermann, managing director of Be – are a real combination of punches in boxing language. They confirm the Be group as an international operator for the Large Financial Institutions segment and open the door to other interesting possible agreements”.
The Be group is among the main Italian players in the IT Consulting sector. It is owned by Tamburi Investment Partners and IMI Investimenti. It has more than 800 employees in Italy, the United Kingdom, Poland and the Ukraine and in 2012 achieved a production of 80 million euros. The company is on the MTA market of Borsa Italiana and the Be share at 15.23 is quoted at 0,1936 (with an increase of 2,43%).
