“The cow market is underway these days. The 5 Star Movement receives continuous offers from House presidencies, commissions, even ministers. The 'Pdmenoelle' has already identified the people of the M5S for the various positions at the table, giving them the right media evidence in its newspapers and on its televisions. It's the usual bitchy way of doing politics”. These are the words of Beppe Grillo, who from his blog responds harshly to the repeated openings made by the leader of the Democratic Party, Pier Luigi Bersani.
“To implement it, however – continues Grillo – there must be people willing to sell themselves. And the M5S, its elected officials, its activists, its voters are not for sale. Bersani is out of the story and doesn't realize it. The little games are over and when the abyss of Monte dei Paschi di Siena opens up, perhaps not even the memory of the 'pdmenoelle' will remain”.
Grillo also rejects the hypothesis of supporting Matteo Renzi as prime minister, “whose only credentials are those of having been a professional politician without any appreciable results. Now he is running for prime minister, but hadn't he lost the primary? These have faces like asses."
“For his election – observes Grillo – Bersani and Errani are convinced that they have the decisive support of many 5-star senators. The scouting work would be successful. In other words, the leaders of the pdmenoelle are behaving like vulgar solicitors. Is this politics? Buy and sell? Saying one thing the day before and contradicting yourself the next day for post-election convenience?”.
In short, Grillo reiterates that “the M5S will vote in the classroom for any law that responds to its programme, it will not make alliances. This commitment: 'The parliamentary groups of the 5 Star Movement must not associate with other parties or coalitions or groups except for votes on shared points' is present in the Code of Conduct of the elected spokesmen of the 5 Star Movement in Parliament. It was signed by all candidates and made public to voters before the elections. These rules were known to all, including the pdmenoelle politburo. If the pdmenoelle wants to transform the House and Senate into a Vietnam, the M5S will certainly not stand by and watch".
The Pd's reply comes via Twitter to Grillo's attack: "No negotiations or under-the-table calculations, the Pd plays openly".
