The Greek premier Alexis Tsipras spoke on the phone with the German chancellor Angela Merkel and he confirmed that he will present tomorrow during the EU summit the new settlement proposal of Greece to international creditors. This was reported by sources of the Greek government without providing further details.

The Greek Executive also announced that Tsipras also had a telephone conversation with the president of the ECB, Mario Draghi. The Eurotower will have to decide whether to interrupt, continue or modify the disbursement of funds to Greek banks through the ELA emergency financing mechanism. 

Finally, the Greek Premier spoke including with Russian President Vladimir Putin, to whom - according to Kremlin sources - he assured that Athens intends to continue the negotiations 

Meanwhile, anticipation is growing for this afternoon's appointment at 18pm between la Merkel and the French president Francois Hollande, who will meet in Paris to discuss the "consequences of the referendum" with which Greece rejected the proposals of international creditors. According to the program released by the Elysee and reported by the Financial Times, the two leaders will make a statement to the press today at 19.15pm.
