La Greece fell out of the “controlled insolvency” category in the valuations of Standard & Poor's. The American rating agency has announced that it has raising the rating of the Greek country to "CCC" from the previous “SD” or “selective default”. This followed the swap procedure on Greek government bonds, explained S&P. 

However, S&P recommended not to let our guard down: "The elections and improper management of the residual debt could force us to lower the vote again".
