The Eurogroup believes that Greece has 'satisfactorily implemented the priority actions required for the new disbursement, except for one measure whose adoption Parliament must complete by tomorrow'. If this commitment is respected, the national procedures for the green light for payment can be started by 29 July. Only then, 'the EFSF will be authorized to pay the first sub-tranche of 2,5 billion'. This is the decision of the Eurogroup expressed in a statement by President Jeroen Dijsselbloem.
