The yield on 2,15-week Greek government bonds rises from 2,5% to 13% – Today the Greek government placed 1,13 billion euros of 3-month bonds
Waiting for theToday's Eurogroup which will be decisive for the fate of Greece, the Greek Government placed approx 1,13 billion euro of securities at 13 weeks at a return medium sprung to 2,50%, the highest for a year now, compared to 2,15% of the last similar issue.
The coverage ratio went from 1,78 to 1,3. The result reflects the uncertainties on Athens' debt prospects.
