Greece issued 1,3 billion euros of three-month Treasury bills at a rate of 1,8%, down from 2,13% in April. This is what has been learned from the Greek debt agency.

On 10 April, after a four-year absence, the country successfully returned to the government bond market, with a placement of five-year bonds at a rate of 4,75%.

Since the beginning of the debt crisis in 2010 and following the use of the EU-IMF aid mechanism to avoid bankruptcy, Greece can only issue Treasury bills in the short term, three or six months.
