Great Place to Work: Google wins for the third year

Google for the third consecutive year it is confirmed as the best company to work for. This was established by the latest report by Great Place to Work, Company as Community, which includes the list of the 25 World's Best Multinational Workplaces: the technology giant Google therefore ranks first for the third time in three years, and completing the top five positions on the list are the Americans SAS Institute, WL Gore, NetApp and the Spanish Telefónica, first European.

No Italian company is included in the list, which only takes into consideration large global companies, i.e. those that count at least 5.000 employees worldwide and at least 40% of the global workforce (or 5.000 associates) outside the company's home country. More than 6.600 companies worldwide were surveyed, which together have 12 million employees and are located in 47 countries (out of the 25 on the list, 8 also have offices in Italy). Surprisingly, the country that has contributed most to the research is Mexico, where 23 of the 25 companies in the ranking are located, while the sectors most involved are Information Technology (which occupies five of the top seven positions) and manufacturing.

The analysis, which involved the responses to the survey of over half a million employees in the 2015 World's Best, found that six of the top XNUMX drivers indicate that an inclusive and fun-loving community is the key to an organization's ability to create a excellent working environment. Employees of the 25 leading companies worldwide for their working environment also appreciate the competence of managers of their organization and enhance some basic requirements of the workplace such as the physical safety of the spaces.
