Great cinema on FIRST Arte: “Once upon a time in… Hollywood”

Cinema returns as a great protagonist on the columns of FIRST Art, the FIRSTonline magazine entirely dedicated to the world of art and culture: this weekend Patrizio Rossano's review takes "focus" on one of the recent masterpieces of international cinema, signed by Quentin Tarantino. It is "Once upon a time in… Hollywood", a great tribute to the history of cinema, set in the 70s.

At the Chiostro del Bramante, in Rome, the exhibition "Bacon Freud, The School of London" kicks off, curated by Elena Crippa, Curator of Modern and Contemporary British Art, Tate, which will remain open until 23 February 2020 made possible by an extraordinary loan from the Tate Gallery and is obviously dominated by Bacon and Freud, together for the first time in an exhibition in Italy.

In Milan from 25 October to 15 March the great protagonist will be modern sculpture, in particular that of Antonio Canova, with a major exhibition at the Gallerie d'Italia in Piazza della Scala, the museum headquarters of Intesa Sanpaolo. The event was made possible thanks to the collaboration with the Thorvaldsen Museum in Copenhagen and the State Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg.
