In the fourth quarter of last year the GDP of Great Britain it grew by 0,7% compared to the July-September period and by 2,8% on an annual basis. These are the preliminary estimates released today by the English statistical office (Ons, Office for National Statistics).
The figures are in line with analysts' expectations and, if confirmed, will allow the British gross domestic product to record growth of 2013% throughout 1,9. This would be the best change since 2007.
