The tax relief on building energy efficiency measures rises from 55 to 65% and is extended until 31 December 2014 for "important" works, i.e. those involving the redevelopment of "at least 25% of the building envelope of the palace. The decree law passed today by the Council of Ministers provides for it.
Green light also for the extension until the end of 2013 of the 50% bonus on renovations in general, which also includes anti-seismic adaptation interventions. "There will also be a concession for furniture, but for fixed ones, included in the masonry, and not beds, bedside tables and more, for example those part of kitchens", said the Minister of Economic Development, Flavio Zanonato, leaving Palazzo Chigi at the end of the Council of Ministers.
