The Premier specified that the plan provides for "incentives for the use of researchers with technical-scientific profiles": an incentive is envisaged for "a thousand innovative doctorates" and "various other measures" including "one graduate for each company, a boost especially for SMEs”.

The Government today launched “a plan for 2014 in favor of research and business innovation. It is a question of 250 million euros, between national and community funds, which will give a very strong input, encouraging the recruitment of graduates and the use of PhDs". This was announced by the Prime Minister, Enrico Letta, during the press conference at the end of this morning's Council of Ministers. 

"If the plan works - continued the Premier -, we will be able to multiply the programming time of EU funds over the next 6 years".

Letta then specified that the plan provides for "incentives for the use of researchers with technical-scientific profiles": an incentive is envisaged for "a thousand innovative doctorates" and "various other measures" including "one graduate for each company, a boost especially for SMEs”. The measures envisaged, the head of government remarked, "are starting at this moment": the ministries that will immediately launch the relative tenders.
