Quagliariello will go to institutional reforms. Lupi or Mauro should go to education if he doesn't become vice president. Schifani, Gelmini, Bernini and Brunetta are in the running for the PDL while an independent new entry could be the president of Istat Giovannini for Development.
The programmatic basis of the new Government will be constituted by the proposals of the 10 Wise Men of the Quirinale.
