Government, corrected the simplifications decree

Today the government meeting in the Council of Ministers at Palazzo Chigi returned to the provision launched last week to bring about some technical changes requested by the State Accounting Office.

Government, corrected the simplifications decree

The Council of Ministers today gave the definitive go-ahead to the decree law on simplifications. The Government met in Palazzo Chigi to file in some points the text already approved last week. In particular, these would be changes of a technical nature requested by the General State Accounting Office, as explained yesterday by the undersecretary to the Prime Minister, Antonio Catricalà.

The former number one of the Antitrust also denied some voices that even wanted Colle's reliefs on the provision: "The President of the Republic, Giorgio Napolitano, has not expressed reservations on the simplification decree, also because the text has not yet been sent to the Quirinal ”.

As for the changes, the latest drafts show an integration of the rule which requires applications to participate in public competitions to be sent exclusively via the web from next June. The Treasury underlines that the measure must be at no cost, therefore the administrations will have to use exclusively "the human, instrumental and financial resources available under current legislation, without new or greater burdens on public finance".
