Green light from the Constitutional Affairs and Labor commissions of the Chamber to the opinion on the Dpcm which sets ithe salary ceiling for public managers. The opinion provides that the rule is immediately applicable and sets a ceiling around the 300mila euros according to what is the salary of the first president of the Court of Cassation. The opinion was voted by the vast majority of the two commissions with two abstentions and the League voted against.
"We will go all the way down this line – commented the Minister of Public Administration, Filippo Patroni Griffi, at the end of the vote – Patroni Griffi explained: “We will carefully evaluate the opinion of the Chamber and the Senate on the observations to the Dpcm and the suggestions made on the regulatory level”.
