Google entered the capital of Lenovo. According to a notice from the Stock Exchange, the transfer of shares took place last week following the sale of Motorola smartphones by Mountain View to the Chinese company listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange.
As part of this sale, Google received 618,3 million Lenovo shares, equal to 5,94% of the capital, for a total of 750 million dollars.
At the same time, Lenovo stock lost 8%, but then regained more than 16 percentage points and rose another 1,32% yesterday.
