Christmas holidays archived Francesco Molinari returns to the field on the US circuit, in Hawaii for the Sentry Tournament of Champions, the PGA Tour tournament reserved for the winners of the previous season underway from today to Sunday at the Plantation Course in Kapalua on the island of Maui. He defends the title Dustin Johnson, world number three, in a context that includes six other classified in the top ten of the world ranking, where Molinari is seventh: Brooks Koepka, number one, Justin Thomas (4), Bryson DeChambeau (5), Jon Rahm (6), Rory McIlroy (8) and Xander Schauffele, who has just taken tenth place away from Tony Finau, who was absent on the occasion. Other contenders for the win include Jason Day, Patrick Reed, Bubba Watson, Matt Kuchar and Marc Leishman, for a prize pool of $6,5 million. To watch the match in Italy you have to get up and turn on your PC, getting used to the idea that Sky, at least for now, no longer has the rights to golf.

The live broadcast will be on GOLFTV, a new streaming platform created by Discovery to watch great golf, live and on demand, on all devices by downloading the application from the App Store or Google Play. In fact in Italy it will already be tomorrow when our favorite will be at the starting tee. In fact, the live starts at 3 in the morning on Friday. On the second and third day the connection is from 00.00 to 4.00; while on Sunday you can follow the progress of the last 18 holes from 22.00 pm. On Monday 7 January from 10.00 to 11.15 GOLFTV will broadcast the highlights of the match. The commentary is entrusted to Nicola Pomponi and Alessandro Bellicini.
