After years of forced isolation and crisis, Argentina returns to attract investments and to attract the attention of international markets.
The new structure desired by president Mauricio Macri and the liberal reforms undertaken under his tenure managed to regain the confidence of investors who returned to inject liquidity into Buenos Aires.
Large funds and investment companies are looking to Argentina with renewed interest. First of all Goldman Sachs which, through its Merchant Banking division, has decided to bet on the South American country after 15 years.
In detail, a venture capital fund led by Goldman and by an instrument headed by the manager Sam Zell, has invested $300 million in real estate, buying commercial properties, offices and land in the Argentine capital.
According to reports from the Wall Street Journal, the fund would also intend to acquire Arg Reality Group among whose plans there would be to invest 200 million dollars to buy and properties on which to develop future real estate projects.
