The next tranche of aid to Greece will have to disburse around 15 billion euros. A sum not far from that - 750 billion rupees, 17 billion dollars - is the equivalent of a real 'treasure' unearthed in the crypts of a 16th century Indian temple, Sree Padmanabhaswamy, in Thiruvananthapuram, in the state of Kerala , in India. This temple was once the 'royal chapel' of the rulers of the principality of Travancore, which is now part of the state of Kerala. Today the temple is cordoned off by the police, and among the finds there is a statue more than one meter high in solid gold encrusted with emeralds, golden necklaces almost 5 meters long, precious crowns… Certainly if under some Greek temple such treasures, Greece could skip a tranche of aid…
