Giuseppe Rotelli, here is the will

The children Paolo, Marco and Giulia are established universal heirs in equal parts, while his wife Gilda Maria Cristina Gastaldi receives the family properties in life usufruct (in Milan, Venice, on Lake Garda and on the French Riviera) and a collection private of pictures and paintings.

This is in summary the content of the holographic will of Giuseppe Rotelli, the Lombard healthcare entrepreneur who passed away on 28 June: a document drawn up on 25 February 2013 and which Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor was able to view. In his will, Rotelli refers to a deed of donation, made on 22 February, with which he passed to his children (in equal parts) 50% of Papiniano, the holding company upstream of the clinics chain, including the San Raffaele and the San Donato Polyclinic.

Another 24,5% of Papiniano was given in life usufruct to his wife (in bare ownership to his children) while the remaining 25,5% remained in Armonia, a family safe 99% owned by his children. Again to Paolo, Marco and Giulia and always in equal parts, Rotelli leaves 53% of Eurocotec, the holding company that controls Pandette and in turn 3,37% of RCS and his 0,5% stake in Armonia. On the other hand, his wife Gilda has the lifelong usufruct on various homes starting from that of Venice, close to the Grand Canal, to arrive at the Tamanini villas in Gargnano (on Lake Garda) and 'La Mouginette' in Mougins, on the French Riviera. up to the historic family residence in Milan, in Piazza Turr.

Gilda Gastaldi also has the lifelong usufruct on the private collection of paintings and paintings by Rotelli, identified in the 'Fine Art' policy stipulated on 31 May 2012 with Lloyd's.
