Third in the Rovetta-Bormio fraction (222 km in total with three first-category mountain grands prix, including Cima Coppi), 12 seconds behind Nibali, is the Colombian Nairo Quintana, who is now second in the general classification at 31 seconds by the Dutchman, while the Italian rider is third, 1 minute and 12 seconds behind the pink jersey.
