For forty years Salgado has been crossing the continents on the trail of a humanity in full change. After having witnessed some of the most shocking facts of our contemporary history, he is now launching himself into the discovery of unexplored and grandiose territories, to meet wild fauna and flora in a large photographic project, a tribute to the beauty of the planet we inhabit. His life and his work are revealed by the gaze of his son Juliano Ribeiro Salgado, who accompanied him on his latest travels, and by that of Wim Wenders, a photographer.
