Germany's Moody's raises outlook on banks from "negative" to "stable"

Moody's revised upwards forecasts for German banking system. The rating went from "negative" to "stable", reversing the downgrade that arrived in April 2008.

The change in outlook, reads a note from the rating agency, is linked to the fact that, after a year of relative losses and capital strengthening, German banks are now stronger.
