Over 30.000 downloads in two weeks of life for the application "Expert Accidents” by Genialloyd who guides customers who have just had an accident step by step. L'"Expert Accidents” can be contacted, also by telephone, 24 hours a day, 24 days a week. 

The new service launched by the direct company of the Allianz group provides concrete support and reassures the customer in the moment of greatest need, providing all the necessary information on what to do after an accident, both immediately and in the following days (filling out the cid form, request roadside assistance, documents to be sent to the insurance claims service).

The App “Expert Accidents” by Genialloyd, available on Apple and Android platforms, is a real novelty for the Italian market. With the new App it is also possible to request the intervention of roadside assistance with a tow truck, send an accident report directly with your smartphone from the place of the incident in a few simple steps and locate the nearest approved body shop.

Supported by an on-air advertising campaign, “Expert Accidents” has aroused great interest: the Tutorial video which explains its characteristics has already recorded more than 11.000 views, accompanied by many positive comments on the importance and usefulness of the service.
