Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone continues his climb in Generali. After the purchases made in recent weeks, the building contractor and vice president of the insurance group continued to strengthen his position through two transactions carried out between March 24 and 29 in which he bought 1 million shares of the insurance group, a price between 13,01 euros and 13,13 euros. The total investment was 13,1 million. At the same time, Caltagirone sold three packages of Generali stock options expiring in May and June 2016 (two of 250 units and one of 750 units) for a total proceeds of 16 million.
We recall that during the previous week the entrepreneur had purchased 3 million shares of the insurance company, rising to 2,83% of the capital.
It should be emphasized that the Generali stock currently sells 2% on the Stock Exchange.
