Generali offers a great opportunity for all talented young people. With the 'Generali Global Graduate Program', the Lion of Trieste opens the doors of the a 20 young undergraduates and recent graduates. As Monica Possa, head of HR and organization of the group, declares to Affari & Finanza di Repubblica: "Potential candidates are recent graduates or undergraduates specializing in economics, finance, business, IT, digital marketing, quantitative subjects, with a maximum of two years of work experience".
Necessary condition to participate in the tender is that ofexcellent knowledge of English and at least one other language as well as having spent at least four months working or studying abroad.
Students and recent graduates who wish to participate in the program have until April 12 to send their application.
The program will begin next September and will end in March 2017. The participants, in addition to being involved in activities in various business sectors in the 60 countries where the group is present, will also obtain the 'Generali Mib Master in Insurance management' whose cost will be borne by the company. For the duration of the programme, the participants will have a contract as an employee of Assicurazioni Generali, to then be hired by one of the group's companies around the world.
