Generali Italia wins the "Top place to work" award in the insurance sector of the Fonti Awards, now in their seventh edition. The selection of the winners took place according to a survey by the Study Center and the Institute of Science and Culture of Le Fonti which involved over 40.000 qualified contacts from the business and professional world.
The award was given to the company with this motivation:
"For being an excellence also in the management and growth of human resources" and for having created "an excellent performing work environment, capable of attracting and retaining new talent". The award was collected by Gianluca Perin, director of HR and Organization.
An acknowledgment also went to Davide Passero, number one of Alleanza Assicurazioni, awarded as CEO of the Year in the Life Insurance sector "for the great skills and leadership skills demonstrated through the work carried out with the aim of making Alleanza Assicurazioni a company which stands out on the market for its ability to establish solid and lasting partnerships with customers, increasing the productivity of the network in a profitable and safe way".
