Generali Italia won various awards at the third edition of AIF “Premio Adriano Olivetti”, the award from the Italian Association of Trainers with the aim of spreading good practices regarding innovative learning paths and people enhancement.
In this year's edition, which awarded awards for excellence in the various types of technical-methodological fields of training, Generali's projects stood out among the more than 250 candidates for the strong elements of innovation that characterize.
In particular, "My Energy Journey" - a multidisciplinary wellness program to learn how to manage and improve one's energies, with the aim of promoting a healthy and sustainable lifestyle in the company - won in the "Personal & Organizational Wellbeing" section.
My Energy Journey is part of Generali Italia's innovative and widespread welfare system, among the most advanced on the market, with the aim of guaranteeing a high level of well-being, professional growth and social security for people, their families and to the communities in which they live.
“Italian genius under the stars” – a cinematic journey to tell the story of Italian creativity and genius. 8 cities in Central-Southern Italy transformed into many open-air cinemas and recording sets, with events, great guests and as many as 24 screenings set in large squares and city parks - he ranked first in the methodological section "Cinema Training" and first in section "Large Public & Private Enterprises". The same project ranked second in the “Art, culture & tourism” section.
The Generali Group's "Security Awareness Program" project - a dedicated training program to increase the awareness of all employees on the subject of security, through an innovative video series in fiction format, made up of eight episodes concerning different risk scenarios and the their possible consequences – won the first position in the “Personal & Organizational Safety” section.
With this initiative, AIF, the Italian Association of Trainers, intends to recognise, raise awareness and reward those who work well, with passion, improving the well-being and professionalism of people and the competitiveness of organisations.
