Simple How and the new communication platform – website and social channels – promoted by Generali Italia to explain these and other complex topics related to Technology, Innovation and Trends with a clear and direct language thanks to innovative digital formats and authoritative testimonials. The first testimonial of Simple How is Salvatore Aranzulla.

Anyone struggling with a PC or phone problem, at least once, has come across Arazulla, the IT communicator, recently added by Forbes among young Italian talents under 30. Aranzulla, after asking the network for topics of interest, will now explain on the social channels of Semplice Come Big Data, Iot and Cyber ​​security, using simple daily activities as metaphors: cooking, gardening and DIY.

We are convinced that the relationship of trust with our customers passes first of all from words. And with Semplice Come, thanks also to this contribution by Salvatore Aranzulla, we tackle complex topics that impact the lives of each of us on a daily basis in a clear and usable way for everyone. To innovate is also to simplify”.

The innovation of Simple How it is also in new innovative digital communication formats such as vodcast, which combines the immediacy and usability of videos and podcasts to offer even simpler content. In just over a minute, a complex theme is explained by a voiceover, in the time of a simple and everyday scene, such as making coffee. The first vodcasts are already available on all the Semplice Come social profiles and in a dedicated playlist on the Youtube channel.

The project was carried out in partnership with the digital communication company DOING. Mark Massarotto, Co Founder & Partner, comments: “Con Simple How let's start, together with Generali Italia, to design a new future for corporate and financial communication on digital media. From the vodcast and long form formats, to the authors – the site sees the protagonists of the Italian network alongside the Company – to the tone of voice and positioning, where the contents become the key to the relationship with the market.”

Let's simplify the words

Simple How it is part of the "Let's simplify words" program, launched in 2017, which aims to make Generali's communication language clear, immediate and accessible.

With this in mind, the Company is also progressively rewriting the contractual dossier of the main products in the catalogue, adopting a simple and clear language. The new insurance solutions, to be released in 2018, will also be "simplified native" in terms of language.

The "Let's simplify words" program is aimed at the over 8000 people of Generali Italia through training courses and an internal communication campaign to transform the corporate language.
