These are the two characteristics on which Generali Italia aims to activate 200 customers a year thanks to Imagine Now, a new “Partner of Life” retail solution launched by the group led by Marco Sesana. "Immagina Now" allows you to access a modular platform with a single contract that allows you to activate individual policies (Home, Wellness, Online Safety and in relationships, and Pets) only if, and when, necessary, building and updating the protection in smart. 

HOW IT WORKS IMAGINE NOW

Imagine Now allows you to protect up to 9 homes (first or second home, rented or owned property), and gives customers the possibility of having a connected home, also controlling it remotely. Concerning solutions can be inserted inside the "container". prevention and health, using the services of Welion and Jeniot. Customers will be able to access medical teleconsultation even remotely, they will be able to take advantage of a healthcare and dental network and use the Airsafe multi-sensory device to monitor air quality.

Solutions are also provided digital security which will allow you to verify the level of security of your data, receiving alerts on potential risks, protection on all devices in the family and recovery or deletion of data in the event of a violation. Also in this case, customers will be able to take advantage of assistance services from a specialized technician and 24-hour legal teleconsultation.

Within Imagine Now you can also insert animal care services: IoT devices for monitoring and health of puppies, protection from unexpected events, ad hoc veterinary consultancy, veterinary second opinion. You can take advantage of a collar that is always connected with which you can geolocate and track your dog or cat in real time, create virtual fences/barriers and monitor their activity and health.

There is no obligation to choose the "complete package". Each customer, with a single contract, has the possibility of choose individual policies to activate and to modify them over time, adapting them to the evolution of one's needs. As for the price, the basic coverage travels around 10-12 euros per month, while for complete coverage you will spend around 50 euros per month. 

“With Imagine Now, the Company aims to activate 200 customers a year and confirms the customer satisfaction target of +10 NPS (Net Promoter Score) points by 2021”, Generali Italia said.

GENARALI ITALIA: OBJECTIVES CONFIRMED

During the press conference to present the new product, the CEO of Generali Italia took stock of the company's strategy and the objectives of the business plan. 

“We are convinced that in the new context our 2021 Strategy has even more value: we accelerate in the digital transformation and we continue the three-year investment plan of 300 million for innovation, skills and people. We are aware - said the CEO - of our responsibility towards people, the community and the country and we believe it is important to act together to generate trust: in this phase, to face the Covid-19 and support Italy's recovery, we have to immediately activated an action plan of over 110 million euros“, explains Sezana.

"I believe that all the industrial targets for 2021 can be confirmed“, added the manager, underlining how “in two years Generali Italia has transformed the entire retail offer of all the companies in the Country of Italy”. There are over 2,35 million connected customers (+65% since 2019) and the company expects to reach 2,5 million by the end of the current year, one year ahead of forecasts. Sesana recalled how by now 82% of the portfolio, thanks to the work of the last two years, is made up of new products and that 110 million more investments have been allocated to Italy.

As regards the objectives for this year and the impact of the Covid-19 emergency on 2020, "the right context" to see what the economic and financial lines will be for the year "will be that of the presentation of the group half-year , which will be there shortly,” concluded the manager.
