A real 48-hour non-stop marathon to transform ideas into prototypes. He leaves today Generali Action Camp, the first Corporate Bootcamp of the insurance company dedicated to new digital technologies: the initiative is held at the Innovation Park in Mogliano Veneto and the goal for the Lion is to innovate more and more its services, accelerating on the now insurance strategy not only as a simple policy but as a 360-degree "Life Partner" of the end customer.

“We are increasingly convinced – he commented Marco Sesana, Country Manager & CEO of Generali Italia and Global Business Lines – that the conception of innovative solutions must involve, right from the planning stage, those who put the strategy into practice on a daily basis. With this spirit we face the 48 hours of our first bootcamp to rapidly transform ideas into efficient solutions. Involving people and asking for their contribution has become a habit and a key to success for us".

For this first Bootcamp they have been selected for their usefulness and feasibility 8 ideas, winners of a Call for ideas which involved all the employees of Generali Country Italia.

The initiative is part of the extensive Upskilling and Reskilling training program (+30% in three years) aimed at continuously updating employees on digital skills: Data Science, Data Architecture, Omnichannel Management, Process Automation, Customer Experience, Agile and IoT .
