The results of the "Best in Italy - 2018/2019 service champions" study conducted by the German Institute for Quality and Finance have been released - Generali Italia obtains the highest score in the entire insurance market, conquering the "Number 1" seal.

Generali Italia in first place for the service offered to customers in the "Insurance agent network" sector. To the company of the Generali group went the highest score in the entire insurance market, which attests to the excellence of its network's customer service. This is what emerges from the study "Best in Italy - Champions of the 2018/2019 service" conducted by the German Quality and Finance Institute, which awarded Generali Italia the "Number 1" Quality Seal.  

The Company was also awarded two other Seals: in the "Supplementary Pension" sector and for legal protection, a service for which Genertel was also judged among the best companies. The German Institute for Quality and Finance, European leader in surveys and quality seals, analyzes every year hundreds of products and services in different economic sectors and listens to the opinion of consumers to offer them a tool to recognize the companies that best meet their needs. 

A systematic review “Best in Italy – Champions of Service“ conducted by the German Quality and Finance Institute, now in its fifth edition, is the most extensive analysis on the level of customer service in Italy: 900 companies in over 100 sectors were evaluated, judged by a total of 200.000 Italian customers.
