The meeting between the top management of Assicurazioni Generali (the Chairman, Gabriele Galateri, and the managing director, Mario Greco) and the Crt Foundation, a shareholder of the Trieste-based company, ended, according to Radiocor, with the following prospects: increase of the return, growth of the dividend and reassurance on the central role of Turin within the insurance company.

Generali's managers explained the results achieved by the company at the end of June and the group's strategies to the board of directors of the Crt Foundation. Greco also underlined the effort that the Lion is making to bring its yield towards the European average where the dividend yield is between 4% and 7%. At the same time, Generali's CEO reassured the top management of the foundation, through the Effeti vehicle in which he participates with Ferak, on the company's presence in Turin which, in the new reorganisation, will become the motor insurance hub.

The meeting with the Crt Foundation is part of a series of meetings organized by the institution with the top management of the subsidiaries. The next appointment is scheduled for November 15 with the first line of Unicredit (Ghizzoni and Palenzona) and before Christmas those of Cdp (Gorno Tempini and Bassanini) will also be received.
