She said it the CEO of Generali, Mario Greco, interviewed on the sidelines of the Ubs Financial Services Conference in Milan. 

As for the timing of the closure of the divestment process, Greco said he is not "sure that by the end of the first quarter we will have concluded all the activities, but more or less we are talking about a few months". The group CEO then also indicated that he was "neither confident nor pessimistic" about the outcome of the sale. “Let's follow the process and see how it goes,” he concluded.

About an hour after the opening, the share of Generali in Piazza Affari gains 0,8%.
