The exit of the group was consumed without fanfare Generali from the capital of Intesa Sanpaolo.
“In the first nine months of the year we made numerous transactions to improve portfolio flexibility. For example, we have completed the sale of the stake in Intesa San Paolo”, confirmed the CFO of the company, Alberto Minali.
The remaining amount amounted to1,869% of the wallet. A year ago Intesa had sold 1,3% of Generali on the market, definitively leaving the capital of the insurance group.
Meanwhile, this morning, about an hour after the opening, the Intesa Sanpaolo stock dropped 0,2%, to 2,206 euros, while that of Generali lost 0,3%, to 16,20 euros .
