Generali, Citylife: 1 million severance pay for ex to Claudio Artusi

Claudio Artusi, former CEO of Citylife will receive a one million euro severance pay. The former CEO will provide advice until the end of the year in order to ensure business continuity. Artusi, who has been at the helm of the project since 2009, resigned in June.

One million euro severance pay for Claudio Artusi, former CEO of Citylife, the maxi real estate complex under construction in Milan, 67% controlled by Generali Properties (Generali group) and 33% owned by Allianz. The former CEO, subject to compliance with confidentiality commitments and a 12-month ban on competition, will provide the company with consultancy until the end of the year in order to promote the necessary business continuity.

Artusi, at the helm of the project since 2009, resigned in June 2009 and was effectively replaced by two managing directors, Giovanni Paviera and Luciano Manfredi.
