Francesco Gaetano's participation is reduced Caltagirone in Generali. In fact, last August 21, the Roman building entrepreneur allegedly sold 500 shares of the Trieste group for a price of 16 euros per share. The total value of the operation, therefore, was 8 million euro.

The sale of the shares, as emerges from the Borsa Italiana filing models, took place through the exercise of derivative instruments. At present, Caltagirone's shareholding in Generali corresponds to 2% of the capital of the insurance company.
