The Public Prosecutor's Office of Trieste has issued a guarantee notice for Giovanni Perissinotto and Raffaele Agrusti, respectively former CEO and former General Manager of Generali.
The accusation, for the two, is that of obstructing the supervisory authorities. The decision of the Public Prosecutor Federico Frezza came on the impetus of a dossier sent to the Public Prosecutor's Office by Consob and Ivass last October.
On the matter in question, on 19 February the Generali board of directors, chaired by Gabriele Galeari, resolved a labor lawsuit against Perissinotto and Agrusti.
