Generali Italia, Alleanza and Genertel won the MF Insurance & Previdenza Awards 2018 in various categories.

The awards event, now in its 14th edition this year, took place yesterday evening in Milan, at the Officine del Volo, and, like every year, awarded the awards to the excellence of the insurance world.

In particular, Generali Italia was awarded the Insurance & Previdenza Elite award "for the strong drive towards Business Transformation", collected by Francesco Bardelli, Head of Business Transformation and Simplification Programme.

The Company was also awarded the Golden Lion, received by Lucia Sciacca, Communication and Social Responsibility Director of Generali Country Italia, awarded for the Best Institutional Campaign Category. The recognition was obtained thanks to the Valore Cultura initiative, evaluated as the best institutional campaign that has been able to disseminate important ethical, artistic and cultural values ​​linked to the territories.

For the innovation of its products, Generali Italia has obtained the MF Innovation, both for the Home and family category for the product Sei in Salvo, the solution with which Generali Italia wishes to be in the foreground, with its Agencies, in the protection from natural disasters, through product enrichment and a related awareness and advocacy initiative; and for the Lifestyle category for the product Domani, the combined product and service solution with which Generali Italia wishes to build a complete program for their children, for their future projects and well-being together with families.

Generali Italia also obtained the MF Innovazione with a special mention in the Communication & promotion campaign category thanks to the Più Generali product, the loyalty initiative dedicated to all Generali Italia customers to develop the insurance offer with a view to prevention and stimulate a healthy lifestyle.

During the evening, the Company was also awarded first position for the results obtained in the detailed Classifications of collection of non-life business (for balance of insurance management) - goods transported and for the same classifications dedicated to 'other damage to property' in the category Valuable companies.

Among the awards won by Generali Italia, also the Triple A in the Separate Management category of life policies (gross yield 2017) for the Liquidagevole product, an award collected by Giancarlo Bosser, Chief Life & Employee Benefits of Generali Italia.

Among the companies of the Country to be awarded during the evening, also Alleanza Assicurazioni which obtained the Insurance & Previdenza Elite for the digitization of the collection and management of life policies transformed into a new experience for the Alleanza customer. Marco Oddone, Distribution and Marketing Manager of Alleanza Assicurazioni collected the prize.

Alleanza Assicurazioni was also awarded the MF Innovazione award with a special mention in the Lifestyle category for Profile & Dialogue, the platform for managing customer relations, created with the ambition to achieve ever higher levels of consultancy, developed through a constant comparison with the network

Genertel obtained the MF Innovation award with a special mention in the Mobility category – thanks to the New customer app, the insurance application, updated in terms of graphics and functionality, which was created with the aim of simplifying customers' lives by becoming the Single Point of Contact to all services and policies.

Finally, the excellence of the Generali Group was also recognized by the prizes awarded in the Companies of Value category. In particular, the Group was awarded the first prize in the 'Group ranking by profit', collected by Nicola Padovese, Head of Group Consolidation and Finance of Assicurazioni. And the first prize in the detailed Classifications of the groups of the non-life classes (for insurance management balance) - railway, air, sea vehicle bodies and aircraft and sea vehicle liability.
