Also Generali Italia adheres to the third edition of the Month of Financial Education created to strengthen financial culture and improve the management of financial and pension resources, especially in the current period of crisis triggered by the Covid-19 pandemic.
As part of Financial Education Month the Generali group promotes a cycle of 5 meetings aimed at young students, families and savers, who will be able to find ideas and proposals for making informed financial, social security and insurance choices.
"The initiative is part of the group's sustainability strategy, one of the founding assumptions of the Generali 2021 business plan", explains the company in a note, underlining how education and financial inclusion favor virtuous and accurate investment choices.
The meetings will take place through digital platforms during which citizens will have the opportunity to discuss various topics with the experts present: from the need for a timely pension plan, to contents specifically aimed at children, for initial contact with savings issues; from a focus on the challenges for the insurance sector, to a session dedicated to bonuses and concessions that are now accessible to Italian citizens.
The following the calendar of events:
– 26 October, 16 pm: “The impact of Covid-19 on the insurance sector”, an expert talk with Generali Investments experts on post-Covid-19 financial markets and the related impacts on the insurance sector.
– 27 October, 18 pm: “Investment Day: special bonuses and concessions”, an Alliance webinar dedicated to analyzing the current market context with a focus on the bonuses and concessions available.
– 28 October, 16 pm: “Demographic trends and pension savings: let's prepare today for our tomorrow”, a meeting in which the professionals of Generali Investments address young people to increase their knowledge and awareness of pension savings.
– 29 October, 16 pm: “How an Asset Management Company (SGR) works and its investment process“, to find out with the support of the Generali Investments team what SGRs are, how they operate and learn more about the investment process.
– 30 October, 18 pm: “Previdenza Day: We become pensioners”, to discuss with the experts of Alleanza on all the pension forms and the novelties under consideration of the new pension reform.
