With over 33 years of experience in the financial sector, Segre has worked in prestigious institutions such as Gruppo Intesa, Unicredit and Credem. In 2016, he founded the Global Thinking Foundation, with activities focused on sustainability, financial education and gender advocacy. She was a member of the Expert Council of the VI Finance Commission of the Chamber of Deputies and held leadership roles in Assiom Forex and Aci Fx International. Currently, she is involved in several committees and associations, including AssoFintech, Terre des Hommes Italia and the Scientific Technical Committee of the Department of Equal Opportunities.
Segre was recognized among the Top 100 Successful Italian Women by Forbes in 2019 and among the Top 100 Global Women in Leadership in 2021. She has also participated in TEDx as a speaker and is part of Women7 Italia 2024.
