Fondo Strategico Italiano has signed an agreement with the Missoni family to enter the capital of the fashion house of the same name with a share equal to 41,2% of the capital. The family, with 58,8%, will continue to maintain control of the company. After the operation, the board will be made up of seven members: Angela Missoni, president, Luca and Giacomo Missoni, as well as Rosita Missoni who will remain honorary president. Michele Norsa, for ten years at the helm of Ferragamo and industrial partner of FSI, will be vice president.
