The BIC 2022 certification of Fortune Italia and Eikon Strategic Consulting has also awarded Open Fiber, Enel, Acea and Philp Morris Italia and others. For a total of 22 Italian companies

Fs Italiane, Terna, Acea, Poste and Generali awarded "Best in Media Communication 2022"

There are 22 companies awarded with the “Best in Media Communications”, the certification created by Fortune Italy ed Eikon Strategic Consulting which measures the impact of corporate communication of companies, organizations and bodies through a scientific, transparent and objective method. Recipients of the award for the 2022 edition: A2a, Acea, Acquedotto Pugliese, Angelini Pharma, Autogrill, Axa, Enel, Edison, Fs Italiane, Generali, Infratel Italia, Inwit, Iren, Italgas, Msd, Open Fiber, Philip Morris Italia , Poste Italiane, Sace, Simest, Takeda and Terna.

Luca Torchia, Chief Communication Officer of the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group, said he was “honored for the BIC award. he has a fundamental role in the activity that we are implementing with the new business plan. Communicating in a transparent manner is important to create a constructive dialogue with the local area, people and stakeholders. The company that manages the national electricity grid, Terna, has instead received the BIC certification from Fortune Italia and Eikon Strategic Consulting, "for an excellent reputational positioning, a positive judgment from journalists (especially in relation to innovation and clarity of information) and the ability to communicate the image of a solid and resilient company in a very effective and distinctive way, committed to accelerating the energy transition process and attentive to the enhancement of territories".

Best in Media Communication: the criteria

Companies with BIC certification are rated on tre areas of communication: clarity and quality of content, accessibility and completeness of information. Indeed, the Index developed by Eikon integrates 3 key dimensions: the "reputation", ie the positioning of the single company in the media, obtained by weighting the visibility of the single passages with the sentiment; the "media impact assessment", which measures the effectiveness of communication (impact of press releases, weight of interviews and statements, management of flows in the event of a crisis and the social media engagement of company channels); the "media poll", the result of a survey to which journalists from the area to which the company under evaluation belongs responded to examine the quality of the contents and reports.
