The president of the CDP and former minister Franco Bassanini has been appointed chairman of the Long-Term Investor's Club which brings together the main public financial institutions from all over the world and has assets worth 5 trillion dollars in its portfolio - Bassanini who is a standard bearer of the long-term investments will remain in office for two years.
