In the aftermath of the presidential elections, the US rating agency confirmed the transalpine score of AA+, with a negative outlook – “But by the end of the year we will be forced to cut it”, announced S&P's.

The election of François Hollande to the presidency of the French Republic, which is shaking the markets so much, does not currently have immediate consequences on the transalpine rating. At least by Standard & Poor's, which in the morning announced that it was confirming the “AA+” score for Paris, with a negative outlook.

“However, there is a risk – the American rating agency communicated -, calculable at around 33%, that by the end of 2012 we will be forced to revise France's credit rating downwards".
