Injunction for over 847 thousand euros served on Silvio Berlusconi and Senator Maria Rosaria Rossi. Reason: to pay Forza Italia's debts. In particular those contracts with the company 2B Team Group, who in past years had managed communication for Berlusconi himself. The credit, recognized by the Court of Rome, forced the company to lay off all personnel and to close its doors.
Now Rossi and Berlusconi have ten days to pay: the request extends to the parliamentary groups of Forza Italy and to the Ministry of the Treasury, which must give the party founded by the former premier the money of 5 per thousand and electoral reimbursements.
