Fortune: Dragons more powerful than the Pope

Tim Cook he is the most powerful leader in the world. To say it is the US magazine Fortune, which placed the Apple CEO at the top of its ranking of “World's Greatest Leader”, the fifty men and women who, more than any other, are changing the world we live in.

Behind Tim Cook, awarded for technological innovations, but also for philanthropy (he has already declared that on his death he will donate all his wealth to charity) there is an Italian, the former governor of the Bank of Italy and current President of the European Central Bank, Mario Draghi.

Completing the podium is Chinese President Xi Jinping, followed by Pope Bergoglio, the man who, according to Fortune, is revolutionizing the Catholic Church: “Since he became pontiff he has overturned the leadership of one of the greatest institutions: the Catholic Church. It's not just about having set an example: he supported the virtue of charity and modesty, but he was also decisive by replacing the entire board of directors of the Vatican Bank ”.

Rounding out Fortune magazine's top ten are Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, US singer Taylor Swift, the president of the international organization Doctors Without Borders Joanne Liu, US Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts Jr. , General Motors CEO Mary Barra, Hong Kong student and activist, co-founder of the Scholarism movement, Joshua Wong.
