Forbes 2016: here is the ranking of the Scrooges of the world

The historic Forbes ranking of the richest people on the planet reaches its thirtieth edition. Few confirmations and many surprises. Bil Gates stable in first place, according to the founder of Zara, Ortega. Sixth position for Zuckerberg. First Italian in the standings is the widow Ferrero.

Like every end of the year here comes the ranking Forbes of the richest people on the planet. Thirty years after the first ranking, the US magazine has included it in its guide 1810 billionaires, a few less than the 1826 of the past year.
For the first time since 2010, the average net worth of a billionaire has decreased, coming to be equal to Approximately $3,6 billion

Stock markets very volatile, plummeting oil prices it's a stronger dollar have led to one reshuffling of wealth all over the world and at one reduction of the shareholders' equity of the top ten positionsfor the first time since 2009.
This reshuffle has also touched the top positions of the ranking. Only two billionaires in the top 20 have managed to maintain their position from last year. 

Bill Gates, founder and honorary president of Microsoft, remains there richest person in the world with a net worth of 75 billion dollars, despite posting a loss of $4,2 billion compared to 2015. 
The big news of the top 10 2016 - in which 8 out of 10 are American – is the climb to second position by Amancio Ortega, 80 year old Spanish founder of Zara, who replaced Carlos Slim, Mexican telecommunications entrepreneur, dropped to fourth place. Stable in third position Warren Buffett, considered the greatest value investor ever. 

The title of “best-improver” 2016 is won by Mark Zuckerberg. The 31-year-old founder of Facebook added a whopping $11,2 billion to his net worth, by jumping from sixteenth to sixth position in just one year. Zuckerberg is making his first appearance in the Forbes top 10, as is Jeff Bezos, founder and Amazon CEO, which comes in fifth place. 

Scrolling through the endless list of the richest people on the planet, you can find interesting ideas. 
In the ranking we can find only 66 people under 40, while the youngest millionaire in the world is the Norwegian heiress Alexandra Andresen, just 19 years old.  

Another new entry worth mentioning is Zhou Qunfei, whose assets of 5,9 billion dollars – obtained thanks to the production of smartphone screens – makes it the richest woman in China. With regard to the female quotas, they are 190 women featured in the 2016 ranking, compared to 197 the previous year. 

As regards the Italian tycoons, before purchasing, in this particular ranking is, al 30esimo place, Maria Franca I stare at it. The widow of Michele Ferrero it can count on a capital of 22,1 billion dollars.
Leonardo Del Vecchio, founder and president of Luxottica, occupies the 37esima position in the ranking, with a net worth of 18,7 billion dollars. 
Third – and last – Italian in the top 100 is Stefano Pessina, 62esimo place with 13,4 billion in assets. "Only" in 188th place Silvio Berlusconi

- United States they are the country that brings the most people to this special ranking (540 millionaires) followed by China, Germany and Russia.
