Sator and Palladio presented an offer to the Fonsai board of directors “in line with the one previously formulated last June 8, 2012″. The offer – specifies a note – is valid until 10 August, "without prejudice to the possibility of unilaterally revoking it upon the occurrence of certain conditions" and was "integrated with further elements relating to the financial sustainability and economic convenience of the operation".
Meanwhile, Fondiaria-Sai shares immediately gained 2,45% at the opening on Piazza Affari.
