For Isvap, the disputes detected constitute "serious irregularities”, and the Authority has therefore assigned the company a period of fifteen days to definitively cease the irregularities found and remove their effects, "in particular by identifying and pursuing any responsibilities in carrying out the disputed operations and, for various compensation paid to the parties related parties, taking suitable initiatives for the recovery of disbursements made, where the conditions are met". After this deadline, a commissioner could be appointed.
